A Mongoose does not Crack - Hannibal, Will Fanfiction
Rating: PG
Warnings: Manipulation, Dissociation, Spoilers for Trou Normand
Summary: Hannibal cooks dinner, they speak with Abigail about her book, and he earns himself an unexpected house guest.
He could see why Jack Crawford thought him a broken teacup, he could see the cracks forming in Will’s presence, the essence of that which made him the type of thing Hannibal admired was pooling about his feet, dripping out of his ears as he came closer and closer to the ledge of sanity. He could see the spidering lines from the nicks and dings that Jack Crawford had caused with his obtuse and controlling nature. He was not angry, for he could understand the stressors of a wife slowly withdrawing from him to die, like a cat crawling under the house. He pushed people away while pushing them to their limits. He did not know how to handle Will, though he thought he did. He forced Will to make choices against his best interests, to fray him faster than he should be frayed.

Anyone wanna watch “Die Tür”/”The Door” with the right dubs?
I just recently got the German DVD release of the movie, which comes with the original audio track of Mads’ actually doing his lines IN GERMAN instead of having the other actor’s dub over them.
Would anyone be interested in me doing a livestream Friday night? I’m in the PST timezone(GMT -7 I believe), and I’d probably do it around 6 or 7PM, depending on the response. It will still be in German with English subtitles, but we will be able to hear Mads speaking German instead of the other guy.
Let me know if you’re interested, if not, I’ll just watch it myself!

NBC may hold off on Hannibal renewal decision Regarding a potential renewal, Fuller tells Buzzfeed, “We have no idea. We may not even know for another week or so. They’re being very close to the vest. But they’re saying [NBC president] Bob Greenblatt doesn’t want to make a decision right away. So we may not hear until next week, or the week after. It’s hard to say.”
Fuller goes on to clarify, “They won’t announce us being picked up or canceled by Monday is what we’re being told.”
Guys really need to read this ok? It’s important to know re: the fate of Hannibal.

An open letter to visitors(IC Hannibal Blog now open!) This blog will be run as though the good Doctor himself is sitting down and finding things of interest on tumblr. He will have an open ask box for questions about things, or just to listen—he is a therapist after all.
Current headcanon time is approximately around the TV show’s setting, so his looks are based around Mads Mikkelsen, though I will do my best to incorporate parts of the books/movies into his personality/tastes as well.
He won’t be advertising his darker predilections, however, and this is not really an RP blog the way most RP blogs are. He will not be making paragraph/novel posts in character describing his movements or actions, he will mainly be talking to people who wish to talk to him. Feel free to send him questions/submit him things! And tell your other Hannibal fan friends! I’d like to keep him rather active, if at all possible!

I have a question for all you Hannibal fans
Would anybody be interested if I made an ask blog/pseudo in character blog for Hannibal with it? I have a FANTASTIC url saved, and I really WANT to, but I don’t want to take the time to make it and then have no one interested, or have it turn into a dead blog. It would be PHYSICALLY based mostly on Mads!Hannibal, but it would incorporate elements of all the books/movies/actors as well.
This would NOT be an art blog I cannot draw that well, and I ESPECIALLY cannot draw Angles McAnglesface. It would be him answering questions and reblogging things he might find interesting. PS: I don’t really ship anything in the show, but I would really love to explore his non-romantic relationships with the cast as well.
